Thank you for visiting our site. For New construction and Pre-owned homes  over 2000 sq. ft. we use a team approach with two inspectors, Andrew Gribbons, CPI and Phil Gribbons, CMI.

Phil Gribbons is a Certified Master Inspector and an Exterior and Roof specialist.  Owner and Founder of AmeriHome Advisors, LLC. dba Amerihome Inspections. His background includes a long history in Real Estate and Construction since 1975. A Licensed Residential Contractor in Central Florida for 20 years (1985 – 2005) together with Home Inspection and property claim adjusting for over 16 years since 2008. He is a Certified Master Inspector with over 3500 inspections completed to date.  Andrew Gribbons has been in the home inspection industry for 10 years and is a Certified  Professional Inspector with InterNACHI and is an interior specialist.

 

Generally, homes over 2000 sq. ft are conducted using a team approach with two inspectors ( Exceptions apply) .

Condo Inspections are conducted by one inspector, Andrew Gribbons or Phil Gribbons. Town home inspections are assigned to one or two inspectors depending on the size and ancillary inspections ordered.

 

Stand-A-Lone Wind Mitigation & Four Point, & WDO inspections are conducted by Phil Gribbons.

 

Obviously , using a Inspector team increases the quality of your inspection and also reduces the time required.  Every home and situation is different. Our goal is to provide you with the best inspection possible. Having a team working for you does not affect your price!
