My name is Phil Gribbons, a U.S. Navy Veteran, Certified Master Inspector, Owner and Founder of AmeriHome Advisors, LLC, My background includes a long history in Real Estate, the Home building Industry and Construction since 1975. A Licensed Residential Contractor in Central Florida for 20 years (1985 to 2005) together with Home Inspection and Property Claim Adjusting for over 12 years since 2008. I am a Certified Master Inspector with over 3500 home inspections completed to date and a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) & Certified Commercial Property Inspection Association (CCPIA). All home inspections are conducted using the latest technology and equipment available. I use the highest standards and practices in the industry. Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War Era and after my Honorable Discharge, attended the University of Louisville School of Business. Upon my graduation I moved to Orlando, Florida where I became associated with a local home-builder which later sponsored me to obtain my Real Estate and Residential Contractors license. In 2008, I transferred all my licenses and talents to the Home Inspection industry. I owe my life time successes to my Military foundation and the Grace of God.
Mission Statement
My mission statement is simple. To always strive to raise the bar of quality in my services by having a continuous improvement philosophy, and to provide services at a fair and reasonable fee.
We offer all the standard inspection services that you should need when shopping for a home, in addition to many optional inspection services that you may desire. As a veteran, and applying for a VA loan, in addition to wanting a Home inspection*, the VA will require a Termite inspection certificate otherwise known as a WDO. This is an Ancillary "Add-on" inspection and document that the home that you are seeking is termite free and in good condition. The additional fee for this inspection & document is $195, however offered to you as a Military Veteran for only $100 when built on a slab foundation, or $125 when built on a crawl space foundation.
